Special Events
There is an extra surcharge for bookings to special events such as Grand Prix, Spring Carnival, Melbourne Cup, weddings etc. Please contact us for a customised quote.
Other Charges
Wait time – The first 10mins is free grace period for any pick up with additional charge of 1$ p/min thereafter.
For baby and booster seats a 15$ surcharge applies. Please be assured that our prices include Linkt tolls and airport parking.
There is an extra 10.00$ surcharge for all international airport pick ups.
Refund/ Cancellation Policies
Full refund for a cancellation two hours or longer before vehicle despatch via the original payment method.
Full refund for a multiple car schedules if cancellation is made prior to two business days via the original payment method.
No Show
If you fail to contact your driver at the agreed location and do not contact us prior to the booking time, the driver may receive 75% of the full amount of the fare.
